By using EatFlow, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
EatFlow provides meal logging, AI-assisted nutrition estimates, daily progress tracking, widgets, saved meal analyses, check-only meal analysis, and Premium insights. EatFlow is for informational and educational use only. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, dietitian, or emergency service.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must not access another user's account, interfere with the service, abuse usage limits, reverse engineer the app, or use EatFlow for unlawful purposes.
Meal analysis and nutrition information are estimates based on the text, photos, and other details you provide. Results may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your individual needs. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. EatFlow does not guarantee calorie, macro, micronutrient, allergen, ingredient, or health-related accuracy.
Some AI-powered features may require sending meal descriptions, meal photos, clarification answers, nutrition context, and related inputs to OpenAI, our third-party AI service provider, as described in our Privacy Policy. EatFlow asks for your permission before sending this information for AI meal analysis.
EatFlow Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the app store available on your device, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Available plans may include monthly and yearly subscriptions. A free trial may be offered when available for your store account and region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Unless cancelled before the end of the current period according to the store's rules, the subscription automatically renews. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple account settings or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the EatFlow app or deleting your EatFlow account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Subscription prices, availability, trials, and local taxes are controlled by Apple App Store or Google Play and may vary by region.
EatFlow may limit certain features for free users, including daily AI meal analysis count, full Insights, Trend Explorer, custom date ranges, widgets, and target customization. Premium access depends on an active entitlement from Apple, Google, or another supported provider.
You retain ownership of meal descriptions, meal photos, and other content you provide. You grant EatFlow a limited license to use that content to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service, including storing images, generating nutrition estimates, and providing insights.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, disrupt backend services, bypass Premium or AI usage limits, or use automated scraping or abuse patterns.
EatFlow is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutrition estimates will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EatFlow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for health, nutrition, or dietary decisions made based on app estimates.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
